We offer three options, all defined in our partnership agreement:

• Retainer Only — $3,000/month flat, no setup fee, no revenue share.

• Revenue Share Gold — $5,000 one-time setup fee, then 3.5% of gross revenue. $1,000 credited back per signed job until your $5K setup is fully recouped (on average ~5 jobs).

• Revenue Share Platinum — $7,500 one-time setup fee, then 2.5% of gross revenue. 100% of the rev share is credited back until your $7,500 setup is fully recouped.

Revenue Share plans require a minimum $5,000/month ad spend. Flat Retainer requires a minimum $1,500/month (we recommend at least $3,000). Ad spend is paid directly to Meta.

Most pool builders see qualified leads within the first week of launch (it takes us 3–4 weeks after onboarding to build your system). Many clients close their first deal within 30–60 days.

Every lead completes a detailed survey and is pre-screened for budget, timeline, and project scope. Our system automatically nurtures and follows up so you only talk to serious, ready-to-buy prospects.

No. We guarantee exclusive territory protection and only work with one custom pool builder per service area.

Very little. We handle the heavy lifting. You may need to film a few short video clips (we provide scripts and guidance), and you or your team close qualified leads as they come in.

We recommend it for best results, but we make it easy with scripts and coaching. If you prefer, a team member can be the face of your ads.

You get full access to your CRM and reporting dashboard, so you can see exactly how many leads, appointments, and closed deals are coming from the system.
